Every year, I anxiously await the new list of the top 10 movies on blu-ray and this year's list from Sound and Vision Magazine definitely did not let me down. If you are curious as to which movies made the 2009 list, read on!
How Was This List of the Best Blu-ray Movies Assembled?
Every list is subjective and this one is no different. Sound & Vision Magazine's list is based on movies with the best sound, audio and extra features. This means that the movies on this list are NOT necessarily the biggest blockbusters and they may or may not have made top profits at the box office but what you can be sure of is that you will NOT be disappointed with the quality of these films. You will be able to thorougly enjoy watching them on your HDTV and your blu-ray player and you will be showcasing your technology to full effect.

Research about the movie revealed that fans were extremely disappointed with the quality of the DVDs but that the blu-ray version was amazing, featuring a crisp and clear picture, great sound and focused extras.
